Minutes of the Board of Selectmen Executive Session <br /> February 16, 1993 <br /> The meeting was convened at 11:21 p.m. Present were Chairman Dan <br /> Ensminger, Secretary Sally Hoyt, Selectmen Eugene Nigro and Bill <br /> Burditt, Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner. <br /> On motion by Nigro seconded by Burditt the minutes of 1/19/93 <br /> were approved as amended by a vote of 4-0-0. <br /> The Town Manager reviewed the status of the Pearl Street School <br /> site, the Bear Hill site, and the landfill site, all of which are <br /> for sale. <br /> The Town Manager reviewed the status of mediation with the <br /> Department of Public Works Union and the Engineers/Water Treat- <br /> ment Plant Union. <br /> The Town Manager reviewed the status of the RESCO <br /> litigation/arbitration/negotiation. The bill for pass through <br /> costs is estimated by the Town's Counsel to be approximately <br /> $341, 000 and is due by the end of February. The Town Manager in- <br /> dicated that the bill would be paid and that the fees would need <br /> to be increased for the last quarter FY 93 billing in order to <br /> cover the shortfall. <br /> On motion by Burditt seconded by Hoyt the Board voted to adjourn <br /> at 12:05 a.m. All four members present voted in the affirmative <br /> and the motion was carried. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Secret y <br />
