Board of Selectmen Meeting
Executive Session
February 28, 1995
The meeting was convened at 11:05 p.m. Present were Chairman Dan Ensminger, Vice Chairman
Bill Burditt, Secretary Sally Hoyt, Selectmen Camille Anthony and George Hines, Town Manager
Peter Hechenbleikner.
The Town Manager brought the Board of Selectmen up to date on the Bear Hill project. The
Town has a received a letter from Latham and Latham suggesting a revision to the purchase and
sales agreement. Information was missing and will be forthcoming at a later date.
With regard to Pearl Street School, the Town Manager indicated that the Zoning Board of
Appeals has heard the case for three sessions and has a final session scheduled. The Housing
Authority has the same problem that was previously discussed in the negotiation of the Purchase
and Sales agreement, and although it proports to support the project, has expressed major
concerns about not having control of the affordable housing element of this project.
On motion by Burditt seconded by Hoyt the Board voted to adjourn at 11:26 p.m. On a roll call
vote, all five members voted in the affirmative and the motion was carried.
Respectfully submitted, f
~ J
u
`"Secretary
