Board of Selectmen Meeting <br /> Executive Session <br /> ._ May 18, 1999 <br /> The Executive Session convened at 10:25 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, 16 Lowell <br /> Street, Reading, Massachusetts. Present were Chairman Sally Hoyt, Secretary Matthew Nestor, <br /> Selectmen Camille Anthony and George Hines, Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner, Assistant <br /> Town Manager Russell Dean and Paula Schena. <br /> Litigation <br /> Settlement of Worker's Compensation Claim - The Town Manager noted that the settlement is <br /> in the amount of $125,000 for Dennis White, a former DPW worker who was injured while <br /> snowplowing in 1990. <br /> On motion by Anthony seconded by Hines, the Board voted to approve the settlement of Dennis <br /> White's Worker's Compensation claim as presented. On a roll call vote, all four members voted <br /> in the affirmative and the motion was carried. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> On motion by Anthony seconded by Hines, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of March 31, 1998. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Hines seconded by Anthony, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of April 7, 1998. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Anthony seconded by Hines, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of January 19, 1999. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Hines seconded by Anthony, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of February 2, 1999. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Hines seconded by Anthony, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of March 2, 1999. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br /> On motion by Hines seconded by Anthony, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the <br /> Executive Session of March 9, 1999. On a roll call vote, all four members voted in the <br /> affirmative. <br />
