MASS. <br />IOIh NOV -2 A `F 311 <br />Attendees: Members - Present: <br />Janet Baronian, Ron Stortz, William Brown, Elise Ciregna, Mary Vincent <br />Members - Not Present: <br />Olive Hecht <br />Others Present: <br />Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: William Brown <br />Topics of Discussion: <br />Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, October 4, 2016 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of October 4, 2016 convened at 8:00 P.M. in <br />the Great Room, Senior Center, 49 Pleasant St. <br />Present: Elise Ciregna, Chairman <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Janet Baronian <br />Absent: Olive Hecht <br />General Business <br />A joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen, Permanent Building Committee and Finance <br />Committee. <br />After a long discussion with the Board of Selectmen, the Board agreed that $100,000 would be <br />used to fund a review of all sites in the Town that may accommodate a new cemetery building; <br />the Board felt it was only a half-step back and not a complete loss. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
