The annual inspection of unit indicated that there was a problem with her bathroom fan. 'I lie maintenance man took the fan out for repair /replacement, and 8111111NAMW would riot allow the maintenance; man entry into her unit to replace the fan. 2) - 40111OW has not allowed the Authority to compicete sceviceral repairs: initially, because her husband was seriously ill; and consequently, bcecaursce she said that she was about to move to another development. 116011diNr has also failed to alert the Authority about other maintenance problems. These matters were discovered on our inspection of" September 22, 1994 and have been corrected. 3) - The damage to1�'--- I floor was caused by a prior leak. 'llncifWmNOwould not allow the Authority to enter the unit to c om ct the damage. " iii- It that she did not want to be disturbed and that the Authority could correct this problem when she moved. 4) -The bathtub backup is a routine maintenanee problem, which is corrected as needed. The Authority does have a routine maintenance program which clears the plumhing lines on an annual basis in order to prtwerit such backups.
