CONROY, CPA <br />We have compiled the accompanying statements of assets and liabilities for <br />all programs of the Reading Housing Authority as of Iq'Ar 1 < lqq` <br />� <br />and the related statements of Revenue and Expenses and all other supplemental <br />schedules for all programs for the bm month(s) then ended, in accordance <br />with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public <br />Accountants. The Reading Housing Authority prepares its financial statements <br />on the basis of accounting prescribed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts <br />Executive Office of Communities and Development (EOCD) and the U.S. Department <br />of 'Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which is a comprehensive basis of <br />accounting other than generally accepted accounting principles. <br />A compilation is limited to presenting in the form of financial statements <br />information that is the representation of the Housing Authority. We have not <br />audited or reviewed the accompanying statements and, accordingly, do not express <br />an opinion or any other form of assurance on them. <br />This report is intended solely for the information and use of the Board of <br />Commissioners and management of the Housing Authority and /or the Executive Office <br />of Communities and Development and the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development.
