READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of June 18, 1987 <br />The Reading Housing Authority met in regular session on Thursday, June 18, <br />1987 at 7:45 P.M. at 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive. Notice of this meeting had <br />been properly posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. <br />Chairman Dempster called the meeting to order with Mr. White and Mr. <br />Mclsaac present and forming a quorum. The Executive Director, Ms. <br />Plansky, was also present. The fee accountant, Teresa Ewald from Richard <br />Scott Fenton's office, was also present. <br />A presentation of the draft budgets for the 667, 689 and 707 programs <br />was made by Ms. Ewald. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. White and <br />seconded by Mr. Mclsaac, the Board unanimously <br />VOTED: To sign the budgets for the 667, 689 and 707 programs with <br />signature by the Chairman after fino] preparation. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />The Board then moved to adjourn for a 15 minute recess. <br />e C ka.A_ rn , raga K.Z4 � <br />The Executive Director was r qu�ttfreview with the ac- au tent the <br />possibility of setting up a revolving fund for paying all expenses and hold <br />the Authority's program funds in a higher interest - bearing account with <br />monthly withdrawals prepaid to the revolving fund for expenses and to <br />report back to the Board at a subsequent meeting. The question of being <br />able to prepay to this account from both Federal and State budgets was <br />discussed. The accountant assured the Board that this was proper and <br />legal and would present the documentation at the next Board meeting. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. White and seconded by Mr. Mclsaac, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: To authorize the requested increase for trash removal by R.C. <br />Hiltz, Inc. to $180 per month tram $156.22 due to the increased labor and <br />dumping costs. <br />01141 <br />Jeffrey J.
