The sub - committee is <br />continuing to interview candidates for the position of Administrative <br />Assistant and will have 2 or 3 candidates for the full Board to inter- <br />view on Monday, October 20th. <br />(W <br />The following work items have been requested to be acted upon: <br />* EMERGENCY CASE PLAN - Enclosed is another model from EOCD. Have <br />requested and received permission to accept this plan with a 6 month <br />review. We make make Any additions, corrections or deletions at <br />that time. EOCD requires that all housing authorities have their <br />case plans approved immediately. <br />* MASS. HOUSING PARTNERSHIP /HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM - Have <br />had discussions with United Church Homes regarding the possibility <br />of exploring this opportunity for first time homebuyers. United <br />Church Homes would like to meet with the Board And discuss this <br />further. <br />* CONGREGATE HOUSING -.St. Agnes is currently investigating alterna- <br />tive possibilities for the use /reuse of their school /auditorium <br />building. We have been asked to meet with them at a later date to <br />investigate a congregate care facility for this site. <br />* BIDS FOR GENERAL AND SUBCONTRACTORS - 'sub bids were received and <br />opened on TUesday; October 8, 1986; General bids will be opened <br />on Thursday, October 16th. <br />* MODERNIZATION - Requests for proposals from Architects has been <br />Lo solicited on our modernization award. Final date is Thursday, <br />October 16th. After review of the submitted proposals, the Board <br />will forward them to EOCD for Designer Selection process. <br />* SINGLE AUDIT - Work has been completed.
