R EA I,N G H 0 11 S i N G A LIT H 0 R I T,� <br />Minutes of the RequIar Business Meeting - !-lay 9, 196F-I <br />The Reading Housing Authority met in regulor session on 11-Iondiny, May 9, <br />?968 at 7:31') P.M. at 22 Frnnr ,, 6, Tanner Drive in the Town of Reodmq., <br />Massachusetts. I;oticp nif this meeting had been properly posted in <br />L 14 LI - -1 � <br />accordance with the By -laws and Open Meeting Law. <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Dempster. Those <br />members present and forming a quorum were-. Mr. White, Mr. McIsaac and <br />Ms. Carlson. Ms. Plansky, the Executive Director, and Teresa Ewald, the fee <br />accountant from Richard Scott Fenton's office were also present. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. White and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of April 27, <br />1988 as presented. Copies of these minutes had been previously <br />distributed to Board members for their review. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Finances <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. McIsaac and seconded by Mr. White, it Was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the month of May in <br />the amount of $25,035.38 through check 01367. Rent receipts for the <br />month for 667 (Housing for Elderly/Handicaped) program totalled <br />$10,067.00; rents for 705 (Family Housing) Program total $962.00; and the <br />rent for the 689 (Special Needs Housing) program was $660.00. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Carlson and seconded by Mr. McIsaac, it <br />was unanimously <br />
