READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Regular Business Meeting - March 7, 1980 <br />The Reading Housing Authority met in regular session on Monday, March 7, <br />1988 at 7:30 P.M. at 16 Lowell Street, Employees' Loung, Reading, <br />Massachusetts. Notice of this meeting has been properly posted in <br />accordance with the By -laws and Open Meeting Law. <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Dempster. Those <br />members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds, Mr. Mcisaac <br />and Ms. Carlson. Ms. Plansky, the Executive Director, was also present. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Mcisaac and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of February 8, <br />1985. Copies of these minutes had been previously distributed to the Board <br />members for their review. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Finances <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Mcisaac and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it <br />was unanimously <br />NOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the month of March <br />in the amount of $30,630.21. Rent receipts for the month for 667 total <br />$10,235; for 705 total $985.00. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />705 Family Housing Development <br />The documentation and forms for "Consolidated Completion" of the Waverly <br />Oaks development were reviewed by the Board. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Mcisaac, it <br />was unanimously <br />
