READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Regular Business Meeting <br />February 8, 1988 <br />The Reading Housing Authority met in regular session on Monday, February 8,'' <br />1988 at 7:30 P.M. at 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, <br />Massachusetts. Notice of this meeting had been properly posted in <br />accordance with the By -laws and Open Meeting Law. <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Dempster. Those <br />members also present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Mclsaac, Mr. <br />Reynolds, Mr. White and Ms. Carlson. Ms. Plansky, the Executive Director, <br />was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. White and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of January 4, <br />1988, as corrected. Copies of these minutes had been previously distributed <br />to the Board members for their review. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Finances <br />Ms. Teresa Ewald, from the accounting firm of Richard Scott Fenton, <br />presented the budget for the initial operating peri od for the 705 Family <br />Development. The Board reviewed the budget as presented. Upon a motion <br />duly made by Mr. White and seconded by Mr. Mclsaac, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the IOP budget for the remaining seven months <br />of FY 1988 in the amount of $6,921.00. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it was' <br />unani mousl y <br />VOTED: To approve and si gn the bi l l rol I /payrol I f or the month of February i n ' <br />the amount of $ <br />
