READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />The Reading Housing Authority met in regular session on Monday, <br />December 11987 at 7:30 P.M. at 16 Lowell Street (Town Hall) Employees' <br />Egunge, in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. Notice of this meeting had <br />been property posted in accordance with the By -laws and Open Meeting <br />Law. <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Dempster. Those <br />members also present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Mc 1 saac, Mr. <br />Reynolds and Ms. Carlson. Ms. Plansky, the Executive Director, was also in <br />attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of November <br />9, 1987. Copies of these minutes had been previously distributed to the <br />Board for their review. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Finan e <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Carlson, it <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the biIirolI /payroll for the period totalling <br />$24,807.89 including 705 Family Housing payments to Architect, Attorney, <br />and Clerk of Works. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />The Board reviewed and accepted for the record the financial reports for <br />the period as prepared by the Authority's fee accountant, Richard Scott <br />Fenton. <br />
