READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 1, 1989 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading <br />Housing Authority was held on May 1, 1989 at the office <br />of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town <br />of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. Richard S. Demspter, the Chairman, <br />presided. Those members present and forming a quorum: <br />Ms. Galvin, Mr. Sweet. The Executive Director, Margaret <br />K. Plansky, was alson in attendance at the meeting. <br />Pinances <br />The Board reviewed the billroll /payroll through check <br />#2033. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and <br />seconded by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To sign and approve the checkroll /billroll for <br />the period through check #2033 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried adn said <br />vote in effect. <br />Linkage Programs <br />Chairman presented proposals for the linkage programs <br />as associated with Greenhouse Acres (10 units); School- <br />house Property (6 units) and Bear Hill (12 units). <br />The bonuses above 10% of the units associated with <br />Greenhouse and Schoolhouse are for off -site units. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by <br />Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To authorize the Chairman to sign all documents <br />for application for twenty -eight (28) units of family /elder <br />hosuing associated with Schoolhouse, Greenhouse and <br />Bear Hill developments. Such application will be made <br />to the Executive Office of Communities and Development <br />for 24 family units and 4 elderly units. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said <br />vote in effect. <br />There being no further business before the Board, it <br />was unanimously voted adjourn at 7:30 P.M. <br />Respectfully submit d, <br />Margare .
