READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of December 12, 1988 <br />A regular business meeting of the member f the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on December 12, 1988 at the office of the <br />Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massa <br />chusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. Richard <br />S. Dempster, the Chairman presided. Other members present and <br />forming a quorum were: Arthur J. Reynolds, Jr. and William E. <br />Mclsaac. The Executive Director, Margaret K. Plansky, was also <br />present at the meeting. <br />Minutes <br />On a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Mclsaac <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve for the record the minutes of the meeting of <br />November 21, 1988 as circulated. <br />The Chairman then.declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />r,—nn "oa <br />The Board members reviewed the checkroll /payroll through check #1747 <br />for the month. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and secon ed <br />by Mr. Mclsaac, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /payroll for the period <br />through check #1747 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in e F fect. <br />705 Amendment to the Contract for Financial Assistance was reviewed <br />by the Board. Outstanding items of work total $21,000 and the proposed <br />amendment amount is for $18,000.00. The Board reviewed the work items <br />remaining and with consideration for items that will have to be post- <br />poned due to the lack of funding, felt it was best to accept the <br />proposed $18,000 amendment. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Mclsaac and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />
