READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meetinq of June 10, 1991 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on June 10, 1991 at the office of the Authority, <br />22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. The Chairman, Mr. <br />McIsaac, presided. Those members present and forming a quorum <br />were: Ms. Galvin, Mr. Sweet and Mr. Reynolds. The Executive Director, <br />Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. Mr. Donald Allen, former <br />Finance Committee Chairman, sat and observed the meeting. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Galvin, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the Meeting Of <br />May 17, 1991 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Finannac <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Galvin, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period <br />from check #3408 -3468 inclusive. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Budgets - The projected cut for all State programs is a 10$ bottom <br />line budget cut.- This would prove devastating to all progra s <br />and would result in hourly cutbacks for maintenance contract help <br />and part -time administrative help. The Board will be kept informed <br />as to the implementation of budget cuts. <br />Trash Contract - Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and se onded <br />by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To authorize the Chairman to work with the Executive'Director <br />to renegotiate or sign a new trash contract for the 667 and (both <br />the 705 -1 and 705 -2 developments. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote, in <br />effect. <br />
