V <br />READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of November 7, 1991 <br />A regular business meeting of the Reading Housing Authority wa <br />held on November 7, 1991 at the office of the Authority, 22 Fr nk <br />D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The me ting <br />was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac. Those membe s <br />present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds, Ms. Galvin an <br />Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was in attend nce <br />also. The Board met to review, ratify and approve the followi g <br />agenda items: <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reyn lds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve for the record the Minutes of the Meeting o <br />October 7, 1991 as submitted. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote i <br />effect. <br />Finances <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Galvin, <br />it was unanimously . <br />VOTED: To approve the checkroll /billroll for the period from check <br />#3706 through 3756 inclusive. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept the settlement from FEMA for HurricanGBob damage <br />to all State owned developments in the amount of $2280.97 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve returning $89.36 to EOCD for unexpended funds <br />on Work Plan #1002, the modernization program at Frank D. Tanner <br />Drive. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />
