READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of February 10, 1992 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on February 10, 1992 at the office of the Authority, <br />22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with William E. McI aac <br />presiding. Other members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. <br />Reynolds and Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, <br />was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Allen, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the minutes of the meeting of January 27, 199 <br />for the record. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Finannoc <br />The Board reviewed the billroll /checkroll for the period. Upon <br />a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period <br />from check #3922 -3949 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Subsidy Overpayment - State Projects <br />The Board reviewed-the request from the Executive Office of Communities <br />and Development for the subsidy overpayment for the 667 and 705- <br />1 developments. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Allen, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To return to EOCD the sum of $25,869 for overpayment of <br />subsidy for 705 development in the maount of $3869.60 and 667 in <br />the amount of $22,000. Said total was reviewed and approved by <br />the fee accountant and the Executive Director. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Computer Purchase <br />i <br />The Board reviewed the data on the acquisition of the computer system <br />for the Authority. A demonstration was given by Coughlin Associates <br />of Duxbury showing the software for housing authority programs. <br />Estimates for both hardware /software from this vendor was approxi ately <br />$8500. The computer sub - commitee will report to the Board again <br />at their March meeting. <br />
