READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meetinq of July 14, 1992 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Tuesday, July 14, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. at the <br />office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town <br />of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at <br />7:00 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presiding. Those embers <br />present and forming a quorum were: Ms. Galvin, Mr. Reynolds, and <br />Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Allen, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the <br />meeting of June 29, 1992 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Finances <br />The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll for the period as presented. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period <br />from check #4195 -4214 (old system) and from #100 -160 (new co puter <br />system), inclusively. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />effect. <br />Year -end Statement - State Programs <br />The Board reviewed the year -end statements as prepared by the <br />Fee Accountant and approved their submission as follows: <br />Program <br />Income Deficit <br />667 -C <br />9432.84 <br />705 -1 <br />1923.34 <br />705 -2 <br />6446.17 <br />689 -1 <br />126.41 <br />707 183.24 <br />Budget Exemptions - State Programs <br />in <br />The May 15, 1992 worksheet submission for our budget exemptions <br />to our 667, 705 -1 and 705 -2 programs has been approved for $3511, <br />which is to be built into the non - utility expense base of our <br />current combined budgets and becomes a permanent part of the base. <br />The Authority had requested a total of $4606; this is a difference <br />of $1095. A letter requesting an explanation will be forwarded <br />to Paul Johnson in this regard by the Executive Director. <br />
