READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of June 29, 1992 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Monday, June 29, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. at the <br />office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive, in the Town <br />of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at <br />7:30 P.M. <br />with Mr. McIsaac presiding. Those members present and forming <br />a quorum were: Ms. Galvin, Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Allen. The Executive <br />Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Galvin, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the <br />Meeting of May 14, 1992 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Finances <br />The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll for the period as presented. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period <br />from check #4143 through 4214 inclusively. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Budget Revisions - The Board reviewed the budget revisions as <br />prepared by the Fee Accountant and presented to the Board. Upon <br />a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Ms. Galvin, it <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the budget revision for the 667 deve <br />opment <br />which includes the exemption in the amount of $3882, for an annual <br />operating non - utility budget of $90,776 from $86,894. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reynol <br />s, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the budget revision for the 705 -1 <br />development which include the exemption in the amount of $125, <br />for an annual operating non - utility budget of $12,065 from 11,949. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />
