READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of November 9, 1992 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Monday, November 9, 1992 at the office of <br />the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, <br />Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 P.M. wit <br />the Vice - Chairman, Mr. Sweeet, presiding. Those members present <br />and forming a quorum were: Mr. Allen and Mr. Reynolds. The Exe utive <br />Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynold 3, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of October 5, 1992, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Finances <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynold 3, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the billroll /payroll for the period <br />from Check #411 -469 inclusive, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Contract for Accounting Services <br />The Board discussed the requirements for obtaining separate cont acts <br />for accounting services for the Authority's State and Federal <br />contracts. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds, and seconded by Mr. <br />Allen, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the contra t <br />with Fenton, Ewald and Associates for FY 193 for accounting services: <br />Fees for State programs @$422.50/per month; Federal programs @$2 0 /per <br />month; total of $622.50 per month. Y <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in <br />effect. <br />Parker Place - Lease Agreement <br />The Board reviewed the latest revision to the proposed lease, <br />which has already been signed by the Board of Selectmen, and req ested <br />that the Executive Director inform the Town Manager that the pro ision <br />
