READING HOUSING AUTHORITY Minutes of the Meeting of December 14, 1992 A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Monday, January 11, 1993 at 7 :30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presiding. Those member present and forming a quorum were: Ms. Galvin, Mr. Reynolds, Mr. Sweet and Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. Mr. Martin Curley was present to discuss two proposals for development in cooperation with the Authority. Minutes Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of December 14, 1992 as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Finances The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll for the period as preset Upon ,a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and .seconded by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period from- #540 -595, inclusively. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Single Audit Report - FY 192 Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously VOTED: To accept the audit report prepared by Sandra Wrona, CPA, of Springfield, MA in accordance with the Single Audit requirement for the fiscaly year 1992, ended June 30, 1992 for the Reading Housing Authority. There were no findings nor deficiencies noted in the report. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect.
