READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meetinq of March 22, 1993 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Monday, March 22, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. at <br />the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the <br />Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order <br />at 7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presiding. Thos <br />members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet and Mr. <br />Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in atten ance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Sweet, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the <br />meeting of February 1, 1993 as presented. To approve and accept <br />for the record the minutes of the Executive Session of February 1, <br />1993. Executive Session Minutes shall not be distributed until <br />negotiations on the real estate transactions are concluded. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />V i n M n n o c <br />The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll for the period as presented. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Ms. Allen, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period, <br />including the purchase of a snow blower from 705 -1 development <br />funds, from check #645 -730 and #731 -756, inclusively. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Section 8 Cost Amendment - Termination of 901 and 902 <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Allen <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the term nation <br />of the 901 and 902 Section 8 Cost Amendments, already expired. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Allen <br />it was unanimously <br />
