READING HOUSING AUTHORITY Minutes of the Meeting of May 17, 1993 A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Monday, May 17, 1993 at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive, in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presiding. Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet, Ms. Galvin, Mr. Allen and Mr. Reynolds. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. Ms. Teresa Ewald, Fee Accountant, was present to discuss the FY 193 budget changes and to review FY '94 budget proposals. Minutes Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Rey olds, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the Minutes of the Meeting of April 12, 1993, as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Finances Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and sign the billroll /payroll for the period from Check #787 -843 inclusive, as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Budget Revisions - FY 193 The Executive Director and Fee Accountant presented the budg t changes for State 40001 budget (667, 705 -1 and 705 -2) as fol ows: Administrative other 349.00+ Maintenance Labor 341.00+ Maintenance Materials 2,106.00+ Maintenance Contractual (1,780.00) Insurance 295.00+ Employee benefits (1,311.00) Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Rey olds, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and sign the budget changes for the State 40001 budget for FY 193 as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vo in effect.
