0 <br />READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of May 16, 1994 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Monday, May 16, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. at the! <br />office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town <br />of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at <br />7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presiding. Those <br />members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet, Mr. Reynolds, <br />Ms. Galvin and Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plans y, <br />was also in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Ms. Galvi, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the Minutes of the Regular Business meeting <br />of April 7 and April 19, 1994, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Ms. Galvin, <br />it was unanimously <br />/ <br />VOTED: To approve the Minuses of the Executive Sessions of April 7 <br />and April 19, 1994, as presented and not to disclose these minutes <br />until the real estate negotiations were complete. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Finances <br />The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll and landlord payroll <br />for the period as presented. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period <br />from check #1542 -1582; and payroll check #262 -287, inclusively. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Ms. Galvi <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the net income limits by household size for <br />admission to State -aided housing programs, effective April 1, <br />1994, as promulgated by the Executive Office of Communities and <br />Development, as follows: <br />
