READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of June 13, 1994 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housi <br />Authority was held on Monday, June 13, 1994 at the office of <br />the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Townof Reading, <br />Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order with the actin <br />Chairman, Mr. Sweet, presiding. Those members present and for <br />a quorum were: Mr. Allen and Mr. Reynolds. Mr. McIsaac was <br />present shortly after the meeting was convened. The Executive <br />Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance as well as the <br />fee accountants, Teresa Ewald and Debra Roy from Fenton, Ewald <br />and Associates. <br />Minutes . <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Ga vin, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of <br />May 16, 1994, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly <br />made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To ratify, <br />approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for <br />the period from check #1583 -1624 and payroll checks #296 -332, <br />as presented. <br />The Chairman then <br />declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Ms. Teresa Ewald then <br />presented the budgets for the State programs <br />as prepared for FY <br />195. The budget presentation included discussion <br />of pay raises for <br />administrative personnel. The Board also reviewed <br />the performance of <br />all personnel for the past fiscal year. Upon <br />a motion duly made <br />by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To pay the <br />Administrative Personnel a 5% bonus to be <br />paid from Section <br />8 Operating Reserves for the three administrative <br />employees for a total <br />of $3579.00. <br />The Chairman then <br />declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />
