READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of December 12, 1994 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on <br />Monday, December 12, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner <br />Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order with the Vi <br />Chairman, Mr. Sweet, presiding. Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. <br />Allen and Mr. Reynolds. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. The <br />Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, joined the Board later in the meeting. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the meeting of November 7, 1' <br />as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimosly <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #1863 -1913 <br />payroll checks #493 -513 inclusive, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />The Executive Director reported that the new Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator as <br />been hired. Phyllis Tumsaroch was previously employed at Wilmington Housing Authority as <br />an Administrative Assistant for 5 years. Ms. Tumsaroch's started work today, November 7th at a <br />rate of $11 per hour with an incentive bonus after the probationary period. The temporary pe son <br />will be leaving at the end of the week while training/introduction for Phyllis is taking place. <br />The Executive Director requested and received permission to hire additional temporary help <br />during January in order to reorganize the filing system in the office and to help with general <br />clerical work. <br />Mr. McIsaac joined the meeting at this time and presided as Chairman. <br />Federal Home Loan Bank - Stoneham Cooperative Bank: There was no response to the requi <br />for proposals for real estate which was advertised and mailed to local multi - family housing <br />owners. We will wait for the return date to pass to be sure that there is no response and will <br />have to contact Stoneham Cooperative Bank about the pre- approved loan. <br />
