READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of August 12, 1993 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing <br />Authority was held on Thursday, August 12, 1993 at 7 :30 P.M. <br />at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in <br />the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presidin <br />Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds <br />and Mr. Sweet. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also <br />in attendance. <br />Minutes <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. <br />Sweet, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of <br />the Meeting of July 12, 1993, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />W i n n n n c c <br />The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll and landlord payroll <br />for the period as presented. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. McIsa c, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the <br />period from check #992 -1052 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />FSS Case Management <br />The Executive Director reported to the Board that the Returned <br />Peace Corps worker most probably will not be on board before <br />the end of FY 194. Ms. Plansky requested that the Board consider <br />hiring a Case Manager to help with the FSS program until such <br />time as the Peace Corps worker could be assigned to Reading. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Reyno ds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the expenditure from Section 8 funds for <br />a Case Manager to work with the FSS applicants /tenants for <br />FY '94. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />
