READING HOUSING AUTHORITY Minutes of the Meeting of August 12, 1993 A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Thursday, August 12, 1993 at 7 :30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, presidin Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Sweet. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. Minutes Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Sweet, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the minutes of the Meeting of July 12, 1993, as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. W i n n n n c c The Board reviewed the checkroll /billroll and landlord payroll for the period as presented. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. McIsa c, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll /billroll for the period from check #992 -1052 as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. FSS Case Management The Executive Director reported to the Board that the Returned Peace Corps worker most probably will not be on board before the end of FY 194. Ms. Plansky requested that the Board consider hiring a Case Manager to help with the FSS program until such time as the Peace Corps worker could be assigned to Reading. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Reyno ds, it was unanimously VOTED: To approve the expenditure from Section 8 funds for a Case Manager to work with the FSS applicants /tenants for FY '94. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect.
