READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of February 22. 199 <br />A special -in -lieu of regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority <br />was held on Wednesday, February 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Fran] <br />D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order with <br />the Vice - Chairman, Mr. Sweet, presiding. Those member present and forming a quorum were: <br />Ms. Galvin, Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Allen. Mr. McIsaac was able to join the meeting during its <br />session. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was <br />VOTED: To approve and accept -for the record the minutes of the Meeting of January 9, 1 <br />presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Finances <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #1966-2050 <br />accounts payable; and checks #552 -612 for payroll, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />I <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was <br />VOTED: To approve the following expenditures for repairing the Community Room kitchi <br />due to the fire, charged to approved budget items; fire insurance; and anything above those <br />charged to Operating Reserve: <br />Cabinets/floor /painting <br />4464.00 <br />Electrical <br />150.00 <br />Appliances <br />1500.00 <br />Draperies <br />1325.00 <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Mr. McIsaac joined the other members at this point in the meeting. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was <br />VOTED: To approve the following Section 8 Voucher Payment Standard, as follows: <br />as <br />
