READING HOUSING AUTHORITY Minutes of the Meeting of February 22. 199 A special -in -lieu of regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Wednesday, February 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Fran] D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order with the Vice - Chairman, Mr. Sweet, presiding. Those member present and forming a quorum were: Ms. Galvin, Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Allen. Mr. McIsaac was able to join the meeting during its session. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was VOTED: To approve and accept -for the record the minutes of the Meeting of January 9, 1 presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Finances Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #1966-2050 accounts payable; and checks #552 -612 for payroll, as presented. The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. I Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was VOTED: To approve the following expenditures for repairing the Community Room kitchi due to the fire, charged to approved budget items; fire insurance; and anything above those charged to Operating Reserve: Cabinets/floor /painting 4464.00 Electrical 150.00 Appliances 1500.00 Draperies 1325.00 The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. Mr. McIsaac joined the other members at this point in the meeting.
