READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of March 13. 1995 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on <br />Monday, March 13, 1995 at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Tc <br />Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, <br />presiding. Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet, Mr. Reynolds <br />Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept and approve for the record the minutes of the Meeting of February 22, 1 <br />as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #2051 -2091, as <br />presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To authorize the Executive Director to enter into a contract with Gray's of Melrose <br />three new digital counter washers and dryers to be installed at Frank D. Tanner Drive and to <br />approve the Contract Addendum which retains the commission split at 40% for the Authority <br />60% for Gray's. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />VOTED: To approve an increase in the full -time maintenance position from 37.5 hours to 40 <br />hours per week. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Sweet and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the following payment schedule for maintenance personnel when <br />the beeper for emergency response calls: <br />Monday through Friday - $ 5 per night <br />Saturday and Sunday - $20 per day <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />of <br />
