READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of April 5.1995 <br />A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on <br />Wednesday, April 5, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Dri <br />in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.M. with d <br />Chairman, Mr.McIsaac, presiding. Those members present and forming a quorum were: <br />Mr. Reynolds, and Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was also in attendance. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and accept for the record the Minutes of the regular session of Meeting <br />March 22, 1995 as presented, and to approve and accept for the record the Minutes of the <br />executive session of Meeting of March 22, 1995 as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #2092 -2136 for <br />payable; and check #641 for OT payroll, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the HUD new Income Limits for low and very-low income households, <br />effective March 1, 1995, as follows: <br />1 person <br />$ 18,600 <br />2 persons <br />21,250 <br />3 persons <br />23,900 <br />4 persons <br />26,550 <br />5 persons <br />28,650 <br />6 persons <br />30,800 <br />7 persons <br />32,900 <br />8 persons <br />35,050 <br />Over 8 persons <br />Add 8% to the 4 person income limit for every additional perso <br />rounded to the nearest $50. <br />
