A regular business meeting of the members of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Mon <br />10, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of R <br />Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac, <br />Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds, and Mr. Allen. Mr. Sweet <br />Reynolds both joined the meeting while in progress. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was <br />attendance. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept for the record the Minutes of the Meeting of June 12, 1995, as presented. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve and sign the checkroll/billroll for the period from check #2234 -2286 for <br />payable; and checks #704 -738 for payroll. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Rev. Robert K. Sweet, Jr. joined the meeting at this point. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Sweet, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the following income limits for the Massachusetts Rental Voucher <br />effective March 1, 1995, as follows: <br /># of Household Members <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />Over 8 <br />200% of Poverty_ Level <br />$ 14,940 <br />20,060 <br />25,180 <br />30,300 <br />35,420 <br />40,540 <br />45,660 <br />50,780 <br />Add $5,120 for each additional <br />household member <br />ly, July <br />siding. <br />Mr. <br />in <br />
