READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of August 15, 1995 <br />A regular Board meeting of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Tuesday, August 15, <br />1995 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts <br />The Chairman, Reverend Robert K. Sweet, Jr., called the meeting to order. Due to a lack of <br />quorum, the meeting was adjourned until Wednesday, August 16, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. and will <br />held at the office of the Authority, 22 Frank D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, <br />Massachusetts. Those members present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet, Mr. Reyno <br />and Mr. Allen. Ms. Plansky was also in attendance along with the Authority's attorney, Mr. <br />Greco. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing real estate matters <br />relative to the Bear Hill development and to return to regular session before adjourning, by <br />following vote: <br />Mr. Reynolds - aye <br />Mr. Allen - aye <br />Mr. Sweet - aye <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />The Board reconvened in regular session at 7:10 P.M. Mr. Allen reviewed the letter from <br />Charles James Associates regarding the settlement of the law suit and the pending meeting to be <br />held on August 24, 1995 at the Reading Library, which he will attend. <br />There being no further business before the Board, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at <br />7:15 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Margare .
