READING HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Minutes of the Meeting of September 7, 1995 <br />A regular Board meeting of the Reading Housing Authority was held on Thursday, September <br />1995 at 6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. <br />The Chairman, Reverend Robert K. Sweet, Jr., called the meeting to order. Those members <br />present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Sweet, Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Allen. Ms. Plansky v <br />also in attendance along with the Authority's attorney, Mr. Greco. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Mr. Allen, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing real estate matters <br />relative to the Bear Hill development and to return to regular session before adjourning, by <br />following roll call vote: <br />Mr. Reynolds - aye <br />Mr. Allen - aye <br />Mr. Sweet - aye <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />After adjourning the Executive Session, ,the Board reconvened in open session in the Berger <br />Room at 9.20 P.M. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, <br />was unanimously <br />VOTED: To rescind the vote of August 16, 1995 that required exact unit location by buildi <br />and unit number be provided by developer of the Bear Hill development. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: The developer has provided a "Unit Addressing Plan" dated May 15, 1995, indicat <br />unfits to be conveyed as "affordable" units in each building. Any change to this "Unit Addre: <br />Plan" will be in accordance with the criteria of the main body of the "Agreement ". For each <br />change the developer must notify the Reading Housing Authority in a reasonable and timely <br />fashion. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in effect. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the offer of: <br />nine (9) "A" style units at $108,000 for each unit, each with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, <br />7, <br />
