He is willing to work with the RHC so that the new structure <br />has an historic look. Offered pine him and hardy plank as opposed to <br />vinyl siding. RHC asked AC to try to retain some part of the original <br />309 Hawn St <br />block, incorporate into the new structure, and still make a profit He <br />agreed to check with his draft person to see if there is a way to keep <br />the front block, but he seems to believe it will be too costly. RHC <br />stressed the importance of saving the quality of the visual environment. <br />AC was willing to come back next month with info from talk with <br />architect. RHC asked for NO vinyl and thanked AC for the chance to <br />visit the structure. <br />Received draft release form from the owners counsel for approval and <br />Ask Town <br />signature prior to a site visit. RHC had questions about the language <br />CM <br />and the need to sign this form. Group discussed asking town counsel <br />counsel <br />release <br />for advice about this language, alternative language or whether to <br />letter <br />258 Main Street <br />develop a general release form ourselves for future site visits.
