VA, JB 8 CM <br />attended site visit on Jan 16, provided a summary of the visit, and <br />309 Haven St <br />shared photos taken. May try to integrate story and photos to <br />preserve historic value. Discussed encouraging owner to keep front <br />block. DD expires 7 16/16. <br />Pump station will not be on site, it will be elsewhere in North Reading <br />Lob's Pound <br />per presentation from JB. A letter from MHC requested that they be <br />MITI <br />part of the process. Questions remain as to the impact of Reading's <br />water connection. <br />266 Main Street <br />CPDC liked owners proposed plan neighbor approved them too. RHC <br />to ask for chance to visit and photograph property. <br />Rules & <br />CM will forward Brookline Rules 8 Regulations for review <br />CM <br />Regulations <br />Train Depot <br />Still no response regarding Communications pole at the depot <br />Reading <br />CM emailed about town mostly objected to density, developers <br />Village 40B <br />needed waivers requested extensive. 77 units with 80 parking spaces <br />Archives <br />VA mentioned article in the Chronicle about the Train Depot <br />MF Charles <br />Still no response to CM's inquiry on presentation he will try again <br />Archives <br />Phil Johnson donated a copy of the 1875 map and photo of Summer <br />Ave ca. 1890. <br />Finances <br />RW moved to reimburse VA for $8.86 and JB for $4.06 for photos of <br />309 Haven St. SRS seconded, Vote 3-0. <br />Minutes <br />Moved to swept minutes from 11/10115 and 1/6116 as amended. 4 -0 <br />Moved to swept minutes from 12/14115 as given 4-0 <br />Ad oumed <br />I The meeting adjourned at 9:50 prn <br />Page I 1 <br />
