Executive Session 8:32 p.m. <br /> A. Call to Order <br /> Chairperson Janowski called the Executive Session to order. <br /> Safety and Security <br /> Chief Cormier and SRO Santasky provided an overview of the recent ALICE training. SRO <br /> Santasky said the training was broken into two sessions. The first day was an overview and <br /> methods to implement and providing the reasoning behind the shift to new methods. The second <br /> day actual scenarios were played out. <br /> The ALICE system provides for more two way communication between law enforcement and <br /> the building as well as within the building. <br /> The Town of Wilmington is currently implementing ALICE. <br /> Chief Cormier there will be more of a reliance on the staff and educators to share information <br /> whether it is over the intercom or via texts or tweets. <br /> Dr. Doherty indicated that the Safety Committee will meet to develop plans to implement <br /> ALICE. <br /> Chief Cormier and SRO Santasky left the meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br /> Real Estate <br /> Ms. DeLai shared that she had asked the OPM for the Woburn St. property to review the Locker <br /> Report to determine how realistic it would be to expand any of our elementary schools. She <br /> went on to review that information. <br /> Ms. DeLai updated the School Committee on the latest information from St. Agnes. The church <br /> has accepted the Town's offer. Town Counsel is drafting a letter of intent. <br />
