A 1939 plot plan found did not show an <br />ell. Mr. Chamberlain stated he remembered being there after <br />the 1938 Hurricane and there was a room there but later in the <br />conversation, that memory seemed questionable. With the <br />only physical evidence found indicating there was no ell even <br />though the RHC was not completely convinced that is was not <br />116 Lowell <br />a possibility. SRS moved that the structure at 116 Lowell St <br />Street <br />be released from the stay of demolition because owner had <br />made reasonable efforts to locate a purchaser to preserve, <br />rehabilitate or restore said structure with no success. JB <br />seconded the motion and the vote was 3 -0 in favor. CM will <br />send a letter to the building inspector informing him that a <br />permit to demolish can be generated. The RHC thanked the <br />owner DJ for his interest and dedication working with us and to <br />JB and VA for their time and effort. <br />CA & SRS attended a CPDC meeting that the owners did not <br />attend on October 12`h. They shared that Jean Delios made it <br />clear to the owner that they would need to reapply for a <br />258 Main St <br />demolition permit because the earlier one had expired. There <br />will be a DRT meeting on 10/21 at 9 am that VA & JB pan to <br />attend. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
