Bill McLaughlin 2 "d the motion Discussion: Funding is given as seed money (loan), with any profits from the production to he rehimed to the Preservation Trnst We also request that conies of the play are given to the Reading Historic Commission, the Public Library's historical collection, and the Antiquarian society We also suggest that Reading Gahle TV he contacted to nossihly make a local broadcast available. Vote 4 -0 -0 Another application came in for the Celebration Tnist The request was written by the Readinv/North Readinv Chamber of Commerce. it was for $550.00 for the common lighting fund. After reviewing the application, Fverrett Blodgett made a motion to award the Reading,North Reading Chamber of Commerce the full amo�!nt of 5550.00. art Habel 2nd the motion Ce 4 -0 -0 Everrett Blodgett made a motion that all applicants that receive money frnm the trusts nrovide a financial statementshowing how the money was spent.
