She believes it <br />is not a necessary element and that it would cost less from a maintenance standpoint. Ms. <br />Wilson summarized the history with the project in that it was originally approved as a <br />stamped concrete. At that time, the CPDC was approached for a modification to change it to <br />stamped asphalt. The CPDC approved the change to stamped asphalt. However, in October <br />of 2012 the Applicant requested to eliminate the requirement for stamped asphalt and the <br />CPDC denied the request. <br />Mr. Weston expressed frustration with the request as it has been a few years since the <br />parking lot was completed and the owner still has not installed this item. He felt that each <br />request was a reduction in their obligations to Site Plan Review. <br />The CPDC discussed the design and recalled that the original Site Plan Submission included <br />a landscaped island in the parking lot. <br />No other comments were received. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
