RHC will check in again, to keep engaged with the <br />owners, regarding updated building plans. The owners <br />discussed maintaining the house set back to retain current <br />streetscape and re -use of the granite foundation blocks <br />elsewhere on the property. <br />96 John <br />The owner expressed interest in demolishing the barn but <br />Street <br />has not yet a lied for the Demolition Permit. <br />51 Grove <br />The house, on Reading's List of Historic Homes, was sold <br />Street <br />and appears empty as of February 1, 2015. <br />M.F. Charles <br />RHC voted unanimously to approve funds up to $50 on <br />Building <br />materials and preparation for its nomination of the M.F. <br />Charles Building for the Mass.
