VA has a video copy and transcript of the <br />presentation and discussion. <br />Article 13 passed with 2 amendments: <br />Email to <br />• recommendation 1 calling for super majority vote instead of <br />Town Clerk <br />an unanimous vote <br />asking <br />Article 13 <br />• the setting of the 6 month time clock after the BOS appeal <br />RHC to be <br />alerted <br />Town Meeting <br />decision to impose <br />pose the demolition delay <br />when new <br />MC <br />The State Attorney General's office has to render a decision on the <br />Demolition <br />Delay <br />legality of the proposed Bylaw changes. This can take 4 -6 months. <br />Bylaw is in <br />The existing Demolition Delay Bylaw will remain in effect until such <br />effect. <br />time.
