Article 13 passed with 2 amendments: Email to • recommendation 1 calling for super majority vote instead of Town Clerk an unanimous vote asking Article 13 • the setting of the 6 month time clock after the BOS appeal RHC to be alerted Town Meeting decision to impose pose the demolition delay when new MC The State Attorney General's office has to render a decision on the Demolition Delay legality of the proposed Bylaw changes. This can take 4 -6 months. Bylaw is in The existing Demolition Delay Bylaw will remain in effect until such effect. time.
