Confirming next meeting <br />Minutes <br />No meeting minutes <br />Mr. Buck requested the use of white doors and white trim brackets <br />above the entry doors. There was a discussion about screen <br />10 Pierce St <br />doors, rolling screen doors will be suggested to the tenants. White <br />Plaque <br />doors with brown brackets and white ceilings were agreed upon. <br />Mr. Buck gave an update to the plaque, is it being manufactured by <br />Franklin Plaques. <br />New computer will be delivered and installed April 4 along with a <br />new monitor for the existing computer. While the latest version of <br />New <br />Microsoft Access will be installed, an older version will also have to <br />Update <br />Computer. <br />be installed as the RCH archive database is still based on the older <br />database <br />MC <br />version of Microsoft Access. MC to transfer the old database to the <br />new version of Access sometime in the future. <br />Demolition <br />RCH to request from the Town to be informed when the A.G. <br />Delay Bylaw <br />approves the revise bylaw. <br />Historic <br />Plaque <br />Continued discussion about the design of the plaques, overall size <br />Program <br />of the plaques is to be about 9 ". <br />VA presented a design for the postcard announcement of the May <br />Preservation <br />5 Preservation Month lecture by the Window Woman. RCH <br />Month <br />members made few suggestions. Discussion about the costs to <br />print and mail the postcards. Postcards to be mailed by Aril 22. <br />The new owner of 172 Washington Street made a presentation to <br />172 <br />the ZBA: he intends to tear down the existing house and replace it <br />Washington <br />with a duplex. Owner has been informed that the property is on <br />St. <br />the RHC Inventory and he will need to go thru a demolition delay <br />b law process. <br />Date: Tuesday April 03, 2013 Page 1 of 2 <br />
