The Treasurer's report of January 6, 2014 was read and accepted. The Annual Report has been completed and the State has acknowledged its receipt; therefore, our local funding will be transferred in January. Eileen will send articles to the local and Boston papers announcing the grantees for the coming year. Council membership is changing: Lynne will submit her letter of resignation allowing Donna Schenkel to come on as a regular member. Lynne asked Eileen and Colleen to consider staying on until replacements can be found. Eileen suggested we ask the local art organizations if any of their members are interested in joining the council in the future. The State mandates that the local councils conduct a town -wide survey every three years. Nancy will take charge of the survey, but the council spent the rest of the evening preparing survey questions and discussing ways the survey will be available. The March meeting will take place at a location yet to be determined. The meeting adjourned at 8:51 P.M.
