READING PUBLIC SCHOOLS <br />Reading, Massachusetts <br />SCHOOL COMMITTEE MINUTES <br />REGULAR SESSION MINUTES <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />JANUARY 14, 1991 <br />Chairman Stan Nissen called the regular session of the School Com- <br />mittee to order in Reading Memorial High School's Auditorium at <br />8:55 p.m. All members were present with the exception of Mary <br />Williams. Also present were Superintendent Robert J. Munnelly, <br />Assistant Superintendent Lynn M. Bak, and Business Manager Warren <br />Hopkins. <br />MINUTES <br />Barbara Philbrick moved to accept the regular session minutes as <br />ammended from January 2, 1991. Carol Lyons seconded the motion. <br />The vote was unanimous. <br />BILLS AND PAYROLLS <br />BILLS <br />There was no warrant for Bills. <br />Dnv0nr r c <br />The warrant for Payrolls was as follows: <br />January 18, 1991 <br />CITIZEN'S INPUT <br />Biweekly - $109,284.18 <br />There was no citizen's input. <br />OTHER <br />Chairman Nissen shared with the School Committee members the need <br />that they will have to discuss a possible budget that is tied to <br />the resources generated from a trash fee that has been proposed by <br />Selectmen Ensminger. Chairman Nissen added that he would speak <br />for the School Committee in support of the Level Service Budget <br />when the School Committee meets with the Board of Selectmen on <br />January 17, 1991, and the School Committee meeting scheduled for <br />January 22 will focus on the results of the Selectmen's session. <br />
