READING SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br />Reading, Massachusetts <br />REGULAR SESSION August 25, 1999 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Dahl called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were School Committee <br />members Cavicchi, Dahl, Keigley, Twomey and Williams. Also present were <br />Superintendent Harutunian, Associate Superintendent Richards, Principal Lisa Pittella <br />and Principal Karen Callan. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 7.01 12.m. Ms Cavicchi made a motion to enter into executive session for the <br />purpose of conducting trategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with the <br />Teachers Association Custodians and Maintenance Workers, Cafeteria Em loyees <br />Association of Secretaries and Clerks Educational Assistants, Nurses and Tutors and to <br />discuss the possible sale or lease of real estate and to discuss pending litigation and to <br />discuss the reputation character,, physical condition or mental health of an individual to <br />return to public session following executive session. Mr. Keigley seconded the motion. <br />The vote was 5 -0 Ms. Cavicchi Mr. Dahl, Mr. Keigley, Mr. Twomey and Ms. <br />Williams. <br />CALL BACK TO ORDER <br />Chair Dahl called the meeting back to order at 9:35 p.m. Chair Dahl stated that there <br />was no further business. <br />ADJOURN <br />At 9:3612.m. Mr. Twomey made a motion to adjourn.
