MASS. <br />313 OCT 23 A 1<31 <br />Location: Selectmen Meeting Room <br />Maureen Knight, Recording Secretary <br />Continuation on the petition of Alice Beltran who seeks a Variance under Section 4.2.1 of the <br />zoning bylaws in order to modify a Variance granted on December 17, 1957 in order to use the <br />existing cottage for the use of a dwelling on the property located at 29 Gardner Road in Reading, <br />Massachusetts. <br />The Applicant's attorney has requested in writing that this case be continued to September 19 in <br />order to do further research. <br />On a motion by John Jarema, seconded by David Traniello, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved <br />to continue the case to September 19, 2013. <br />The vote was 4 -0 -0 (Redfern, Jarema, Traniello, Caouette). <br />CASE # 13 -17 <br />A Public Hearing on the petition of Anthony Bonfilio who seeks a Special Permit under Section <br />6.3.8 of the zoning bylaws in order to demolish a non - conforming single family dwelling and to <br />construct a new single family dwelling on a non - conforming lot as indicated on plot plan dated <br />March 17, 2013 on the property located at 170 Pearl Street in Reading, Massachusetts. <br />Page I 1 <br />
