Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, April 9, 2013 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of April 9, 2013 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the <br />Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent r", <br />Elise Ciregna oFrxn <br />Olive Hecht ^' m x ` <br />Absent: Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman D 3mm <br />v�o <br />N <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent C <br />Review of Past Meetina Minutes <br />The Minutes of March 12, 2013 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 5 -0 on a motion by <br />Elise Ciregna and seconded by Mary Vincent. <br />General Business <br />Bob gave the Board an update on the building, waiting on final wording on contract to Weston <br />& Sampson. Once the site is decided, work will begin on design and contract. Hopefully it will <br />be ready for funding at the fall Town Meeting and ground breaking in June of 2014. <br />March was a slow month for burials and lot sales. <br />Bob stated that a long term employee is still out on Workman Comp. <br />Spring cleanup has begun. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:35 PM.
