Call to Order <br />Staff Members Present <br />John Doherty, Superintendent <br />2012 G` 18 P 2: 45 <br />Patty de Garavilla, Assistant Superintendent <br />Mary DeLai, Assistant Superintendent <br />Alison Elmer, Director of Student Services <br />Conner Traugot, Student Representative <br />Cathy Giles, Killam Principal <br />Eric Sprung, Birch Meadow Principal <br />Craig Martin, Coolidge Principal <br />Beth Beaulieu, Parker Assistant Principal <br />Chairperson Janowski called the School Committee to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />She reviewed the agenda and welcomed guests. <br />II. Recommended Procedure <br />A. Public Input (I) <br />Reports I <br />1. Student <br />Student Representative Traugot reported on the RMHS Drama production of Footloose, <br />winter sports have started and the football team is playing in the first round of the playoffs <br />this week. The Student Council also organized the annual pep rally that was a lot of fun for <br />the students and staff and the National Honor Society members volunteered at the annual <br />Holiday Tree Lighting activities over the weekend. <br />2. Liaison <br />Mrs. Gibbs reported on the Special Education Parent Advisory Council's recent election of <br />officers. <br />
