Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, December 11, 2012 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of December 11, 2012 convened at 6:00 P.M. <br />in the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Elise Ciregna <br />Olive Hecht <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />George Zambouras, Town Engineer <br />Review of Past Meetine Minutes <br />The Minutes of November 14, 2012 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 6-0 on a motion <br />by Elise Ciregna and seconded by Mary Vincent. <br />General Business <br />Bob noted that fall cleanup is going well; he has kept a part -time worker on to fill in for a full <br />time worker that is out. <br />Bob noted that there will be approximately 125 burials this year. Sales in Wood End continue <br />to grow as does um garden lots in Forest Glen. <br />George Zambouras reviewed the RFQ with the Board that has gone out for the cemetery <br />building and is due back January 21, 2013, as walk is scheduled for January 3, 2013. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM.
