- oViN C-L-r �< 4— <br />Town of Reading <br />ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Minutes of May 10, 2012 <br />Members Present: Robert Redfern, Vice Chairman <br />John Jarema <br />Damase Caouette <br />John Miles <br />Members Absent: Jeffrey Perkins <br />Kristin Caouette <br />A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the <br />Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, Massachusetts beginning at 7:00 P.M. Also in attendance <br />was Glen Redmond, Commissioner of Buildings. <br />Case 12 -06 <br />A Public Hearing on the petition of Steven L. Cicatelli who seeks a Variance under Section(s) <br />5.0 of the zoning bylaws in order to construct a new single family residential dwelling on a <br />nonconforming lot on the property located at 60 Mount Vernon Street in Reading, MA. This lot <br />is located in an S -15 District. <br />The Vice Chairman advised the Applicants that since there were only four members present this <br />evening, any vote would have to be unanimous by the four members present. If they wanted to <br />continue the case in order to appear before a full Board they could make such a request. <br />Attorney Steven Cicatelli requested a continuance to May 24 so that a full board could be <br />present. <br />On a motion by Damase Caouette, seconded by John Jarema, the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />moved to continue the hearing to May 24, 2012. <br />The vote was 4 -0 -0 (Redfern, Jarema, Caouette, Miles). <br />Case 12 -07 <br />A Public Hearing on the petition of Edward Newton who seeks a Special Permit under Section(s) <br />4.3.2.8 of the zoning bylaws in order to create an accessory apartment on the property located at <br />43 Belmont Street in Reading, MA. <br />ZBA Meeting May 10, 2012 <br />
